Teriyaki Fried Rice Omelet

Omelet and Fried Rice
2 Tb oil
½ cup diced onion (approx ½ onion)
1 cup frozen vegetables (peas & carrots, or other mixed)
4 cups cooked rice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup SEAL SAMA Teriyaki sauce
1 OAKDELL egg

Omelet
2 OAKDELL OMEGA 3 eggs
1 Tb Half & Half
1 Tb Butter


In a large Wok style frying pan, heat oil on a medium-high heat. Add onions and sauté’ one minute. Add frozen vegetables and continue cooking on medium-high heat until onions are
Cooked and clear. Add cooked rice (this is usually a dish made with left over, cold rice).
Continuing stirring while cooking rice for three minutes, add salt, pepper, and SEAL SAMA Teriyaki sauce. Stir until well mixed. Make a hole in the middle of the rice, crack 1 egg into the middle, and begin stirring egg while it cooks and makes a scrambled egg. Stir into the rest of the rice mixture and set aside.

Mix 2 eggs and half & half together in a small bowl and whisk with a fork. Melt butter in a medium frying pan. Pour egg mixture into pan. Cook on one side, then flip the egg.

Place 2/3 cup of Fried Rice onto one side of the omelet, fold omelet over and slide onto plate. Garnish with a little more SEAL SAMA Teriyaki sauce.
