Turkey Corn Chowder

Turkey Corn Chowder
2 c. leftover turkey, cut up
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 carrots sliced
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 medium potatoes, cubed
1/3 c. tomato sauce
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
3 cups chicken broth
2 T. dried parsley
1 t. salt


Combine all ingredients. Simmer on stove for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. If needed, add more chicken broth.
