Tuscan Flat Bread and Chicken Ceasar Salad

Tuscan Flat Bread
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups warm water
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons crushed rosemary
½ cup melted butter


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let sit for 2 to 3 minutes. Add flour, salt, and rosemary. Spread dough to the edges of a greased, lipped, jellyroll pan. Pour butter on dough and spread to cover all the dough. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
Pasta Chicken Ceasar Salad
1 large head Romaine lettuce, washed and dried
1 package (8 ounces) Penne pasta, cooked and rinsed with cold water
3 chicken breasts, grilled and cubed
Bottled Caesar salad dressing
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Herbed croutons


Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces ad place in salad bowl; cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, combine the lettuce, chicken, and cooked pasta; toss with enough salad dressing to coat, and top with Parmesan cheese and croutons. Serve immediately.
