Lindt White Chocolate Truffles, shaved in to small pieces
Bosc or Anjou Pear slices, peeled and minced

Place about a half teaspoon of cream cheese on wrapper, top with listed ingredients.
Remember to use small amounts.
Brush edges of wonton wrappers with water, and fold to seal.
Heat oil to 375 degrees.
Cook wontons until lightly browned, turning over half way through cooking time, about 30-45 seconds.
Place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Serve hot with dipping sauces.
Milk Chocolate Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup good quality milk chocolate pieces
In a small saucepan, heat cream almost to boiling.
Remove from heat and add chocolate pieces.
Stir until smooth.
Dark Chocolate Dipping Sauce:
1//2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup good quality semi or bittersweet chocolate pieces
In a small saucepan, heat cream almost to boiling.
Remove from heat and add chocolate pieces.
Stir until smooth.
Caramel Cream Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
In a small saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in brown sugar.
Cook until light and bubbly.
Remove from heat and whisk in cream until smooth.
