Weights can have a negative connotation when it comes to your workout. Lots of women are worried they will get too bulky. Or, they think that cardio is the only way to lose weight. One of our personal trainers is passionate about strength training, and she says much of what you hear is a myth.

  • I have a whole summer to workout. What things can i do? I need cardio and lots of weight exercises. I plan on doing a total of 3 hours workout a day. Any ideas? I want a six pack or at least a larger chest!
