What could be better than a PB&J panini?! Here are some gourmet flavor combos to try

A PB&J panini is way better than cold peanut butter on bread.

Something about the ooey gooey-ness of warm peanut butter makes it so much better than its plain counterpart! Put your whole PB&J on the panini press for a hot sandwich version of the daily lunch special. Put a few additional toppings in the mix and you have a homemade gourmet sandwich!

Amy Richardson shares how she came up with this elevated lunch dish. Add in some fruit slices and drizzle the top with honey or maple syrup. Amy shares what ingredients pair best together in a PB&J panini.
