Whole Barbecue Salmon

1 two to four pound whole, fresh salmon
4 ounces fresh dill sprigs (about 10 sprigs)
2 fresh lemons, cut into eighths
Chicken wire (enough to wrap around salmon)

Stuff dill and lemon inside salmon. Wrap salmon with chicken wire and
season outside with salt and pepper.

Place on grill over medium heat. Cook uncovered for 40 minutes, turning
every 5 minutes. Outside of salmon will be charred.
