Here is a rundown of what to expect when you visit Zoolights this year.

Opens every evening at 5:30
Closes at 8 p.m., Sunday through Wednesday; 9 p.m. Thursday through
Saturday.

Here is a brief run down on some of the fun, free, nightly activities and
events one can expect to see at ZooLights! as well as some admission
discounts:

ZooLights! is a wonderland of festive, sparkling lights in trees, on
buildings and
railings and over 175 animated holiday and animal-themed light displays!

Santa and two of his reindeer at Macy’s Santa’s Station through Dec. 24

“$3 Thursdays” every Thursday through December. Visit any Wendy’s
restaurant and pick up a voucher good for up to six $3 admissions!

Ice carvers – Every Thursday in the Main Plaza, 6 to 8;

“Make Your Own Ornament” craft – Every Monday and Wednesday, 6 to 8;

“Glow in the Dark” tattoo station – Every Tuesday, 6 to 8;

Carolers in period dress – Every Friday and Saturday, 6 to 8;

The big cats of Asian Highlands are active at night! Other animals to spy
during ZooLights include camels, wolves, and the animals of the Small
Animal Building.

New Year’s Eve Family Countdown – December 31. Ring in the New Year
early at 9 pm.

ZooLights! visitors will be able to stay warm in the winter weather with
heaters stationed throughout the grounds, as well as many warm holiday
treats, including gallons and gallons of hot chocolate and our exclusive and
decadent deep fried s’mores!
