Egg-free Sugar Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Cream together the butter and sugar.
  • Add the vanilla and milk. Combine thoroughly.
  • Mix in the flour and salt until combined.
  • Enjoy!
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

*If you’re nervous about consuming raw flour, you can microwave the flour for 1 1/2 minutes prior to making the recipe.

*There is no leavening agent in this recipe so the cookie dough will not bake properly in the oven. Don’t try it.

Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Cream together the butter and sugars.
  • Add the vanilla and milk. Combine thoroughly.
  • Mix in the flour, cocoa and salt until combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

*If you’re nervous about consuming raw flour, I suggest you microwave the flour for 1 1/2 minutes prior to making the recipe.
*Because this dough has no eggs or leavening agent, this dough will not bake into cookies successfully.
