3 pounds pork spare ribs
1 cup ketchup
1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon mustard
3/4 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 large onion, chopped
1. Place ribs in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over ribs.
3. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 – 2 hours or until meat is thoroughly cooked. Baste ribs with sauce occasionally while baking.
