3-4 pound boneless roast
1/2 cup onion celery
1 onion chopped
2 Tbl. butter
3/4 cup water
1 cup ketchup
2 Tbl. vinegar
2 Tbl. lemon juice
2 Tbl. worcester sauce
2 Tbl. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 can tomato soup
1. Saute in the butter, the chopped celery and onion.
2. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and stir. Cook on high heat for 1-2 hours then turn down to low heat for another 5-6 hours.
