Take the challenge to be grateful everyday.

November is the month of gratitude, so don’t let it pass you by without giving thanks. To help you out, we have a way to incorporate gratitude into the entire month that is both manageable and meaningful.

Dr. Jennifer Cummings has a daily gratitude challenge that she says can change your brain and attitude in as little as twenty-one days. If you start today, it will take you right through to Thanksgiving weekend.


 

November Gratitude Challenge

Daily and weekly habits can change your brain and attitude – in as little as 21 days.

DAILY

  • “3 Blessings”
    • Write down 3 unique things from the last 24 hours that you’re thankful for.
  • Good-will text or email
    • Take 2 minutes to write a quick note of thanks to a different person for 21 days

WEEKLY

  • Write a thank you note and hand deliver it to someone in your life.
