What’s better than French toast? French toast pockets! Here’s how to make them…

This isn’t your average French toast.

French toast is a breakfast-in-bed favorite, but this isn’t your average recipe. This French toast has a pocket! Secretly filled with a dollop of cream cheese and coated with the perfect coconut crunch.

Since Mother’s Day is just around the corner, Heidi VanValkenburg, with Rhodes Bake-N-Serv, says this is the recipe you should hint to the hubby.

Usually double dipping is a crime, but not with this French toast. Heidi shared how to dip it first in your egg mixture, and then in a shredded coconut mixture to give it the dreamiest crunch.
