Biscuit Breakfast Bake

A delicious breakfast option that’s hearty

Rhodes Biscuit Breakfast Bake
12 Rhodes™ Southern Style or Buttermilk Biscuits, thawed
but still cold

8 eggs

1/3 cup milk

5 green onions, chopped

2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese, divided

24 ounces ground sausage, browned

Whisk eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cut each biscuit into
6 equal pieces and add to bowl.
Let soak for 30 minutes. Add green onions, 2 cups cheese
and browned sausage. Mix well
and pour into a sprayed 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with
remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F
25-30 minutes.
