A couple of years back, one home accessory came on so strong, it became the hallmark of a well-designed posh space. A sculpture officially called “butterflies for brains” showcases hundreds of iron butterflies on top of an iron bust with a white marble base. A handful of high-end retailers sell this lady for about $800! Although it continues to be a presence in some gorgeous spaces, we’re now seeing a trickle down effect as this ultra modern piece inspires people to display other bust sculptures.
