1/4 lb. Fettuccine
8 large shrimp
8 large scallops
1 cup chorizo sausage, cooked and sliced
1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 Tbl. Cajun spice
2 Tbl. butter
1/2 cup white wine or water
Cook the fettuccine and set aside.
Melt one Tbl. of butter in a large non-stick pan over medium high heat. Add the shrimp and scallops and cook 2 min. Add the tomatoes, onions, Cajun spice and cook 5 min. Add the wine (or water) and simmer for 3 min. Add the remaining butter and cook until the butter melts. Add the cooked pasta. Toss and serve.
