Caramel Apple Cider Floats

Sometimes you just want your favorite summer treat in the fall.



Candace Heward from Orson Gygi shares how to turn those summer favorites into fall treats.

Caramel Apple Cider Floats
1 cup soda (sprite, ginger ale, club soda)
1/2 cup apple cider
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup caramel
2 Tablespoons milk (half&half or cream)
whipped cream
cinnamon & nutmeg for garnish

Place caramel in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between, until caramel is melted. Add 2 Tablespoons milk and stir to combine. Set aside.



In a large glass, drop in 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream. Drizzle a little caramel on top of the ice cream.



Add soda to glass.



Top with a little whipped cream, another drizzle of caramel, and a dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg.



Serve immediately.
