Today’s challenge is to get up a half hour earlier – even 15 minutes earlier. Really think about it: what would it take to get you up a half hour earlier? What could you accomplish during that time? Before you think I’m about making your life miserable – it could be fifteen minutes later! It’s the change we’re going for. Making those small changes can really help you open your mind and your heart to bigger life changes down the road.
