Crab Dip

1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
½ cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon shallots, minced
pinch cayenne pepper
1 cup your choice of rock crab, snow crab or Dungeness crab meat, drained
¼ cup parmesan, shredded
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons bread crumbs

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine above ingredients and mix well. Place dip in an oven-proof dish (crab dip should be no thicker than 1 ½ inches) and bake until piping hot, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with corn chips or crackers.
