Easy Cheesey Calzone

1 can (10 oz) refrigerator pizza crust
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup pizza sauce
3 cups cooked, chopped broccoli, drained*
4 thin slices ham*

Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Roll pizza dough out on greased cookie sheet. Press and stretch dough to desired thickness. Cut into 4 pieces.

Sprinkle cheese in center of each piece of dough (leave 1/2 inch edge of dough uncovered). Spoon pizza sauce over cheese, divide cooked broccoli among pieces and top with a slice of ham.

Carefully pull sides of dough up over filling and press edges together. Turn calzone over, placing seam side down. Seal ends by pressing edges together with the tings of a fork. Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Makes 4 calzones.

* NOTE: Broccoli and ham may be replaced with other desired vegetables and cooked meat to suit taste preferences.

HEALTHY WEIGHT NOTE: Recent studies published in leading medical journals suggest that milk, cheese and yogurt may help in weight loss efforts when coupled with a reduced-calorie diet.
