Paletas are a frozen treat that come with either a sorbet or creamy base. Jairo and Julia Nuno started this custom creamsicle shop on St. George’s Main street about a year ago. After Jairo’s grandparents passed away, he and his wife traveled to Mexico to honor those grandparents by learning how to make traditional paletas.
The concept is simple: choose a flavor, then dip it and top it any way that tempts your taste buds.
