Designer Pizza
1 sheet of puff pastry dough
Monterey Jack
Blue cheese
Sauce – See below
Sausage (cooked and crumbled)
Hot dogs (sliced thin)
Any kind of meat
tomato slices
green pepper sliced
caramelized onions
olives (green or black, sliced thin)

Open folds of pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 15″x10″ rectangle. With a pizza cutter, cut into 4-6 pieces to make a variety of pizzas or leave whole to make one kind. Fold over edges about 1/4″ to form rim on each piece. Prick center of the pastry thoroughly with fork. Bake 10-15 min. on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Cool and store for up to one day in a covered container.

Use any combination of sauce, toppings and cheese. Be creative. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 min. to melt cheese. Serve immediately.

Pesto Sauce—can be purchased
Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Marinara/Pizza sauce-either purchased or homemade (see below)
o 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
o 1 6 oz can tomato paste
o 2 T. dried sweet basil

Mix together and spread on pizza. Store in the refrigerator or freezer for long time storage.
