Banana Chocolate Protein Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 TBS cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • sea salt

Directions

  1. Mix up the protein powder, peanut butter, milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to make your protein dough.
  2. Scoop the dough onto the banana slices to make little banana sandwiches.
  3. Put the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave for about a minute, or until the chocolate is melted. Stir the chocolate about halfway through, and again when you take it out of the microwave so the chocolate is nice and smooth.
  4. Dip your banana protein sandwiches in the chocolate. You can dip them all the way in, or just halfway – whatever you prefer.
  5. Sprinkle some sea salt on top.
  6. Stick the sandwiches in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes so the chocolate can solidify. And dive in!
