DIY Gogurts

Try homemade versions of the popular, portable store-bought snack.
Berry Gogurt
1 c. plain yogurt (I like Greek yogurt but you can use normal yogurt too)
1 c. frozen or fresh berries
3-6 T honey, or all fruit jam (use more or less sweetener depending on how sweet your berries are)
1 t. vanilla


Blend all the ingredients together and pour into silicone molds. Freeze.
Pumpkin Spice Gogurt
1 c.plain yogurt (I like Greek yogurt but you can use normal yogurt too)
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 T pumpkin puree
4-6 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or whatever sweetener you want to use (use more or less sweetener depending on how sweet you like it)


Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and pour into silicone molds. Freeze.
Chocolate Fudgesicle Gogurt
1 c. plain yogurt (I like Greek yogurt but you can use normal yogurt too)
2 T cocoa powder
4-6 T maple syrup-or whatever sweetener want (use more or less sweetener depending on how sweet you like it)
1 t. vanilla
pinch of salt


Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and pour into molds. Freeze hard for fudgsicles!
