– Birth/death certificate

– Pictures (close up and full body)

– Fingerprints [we can demonstrate this] [I will bring supplies]

– Birthmarks, moles, scars, height, weight

Family information:

– Picture of family (close up and group)

Legal information:

– Marriage certificate

– Social security cards/ passports

– Driver’s license

– Legal documents

– Pink slips

– Trust Deeds

– Stock certificates

Insurance information:

– Home

– Video/photos of home interior w/ cupboards open, home exterior and landscaping

– Vehicles

– Medical

Contact information:

– Addresses, emails, phone numbers of extended family, close friends and neighbors

Methods:

– Hard copy of vital papers
(one to each vehicle/under seat, one to out of area relative)

– Thumb drive file or CD

Identity skills for young children:

– Label clothing (black or silver sharpie) [I will bring samples]

– Contact information vial [I will bring sample]

– Teach them name, address, and phone number (including area code)
