Pizza Fondue in a Pumpkin Shell – by Jane Lloyd
      1 small pumpkin
2 1/2 cups pizza sauce
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
various bread cubes or sticks and Halloween shapes cut from bread, etc
Cut jack-o-lantern top on pumpkin, remove seeds and fiber, and clean. Replace top on pumpkin and place hollowed out pumpkin on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. This will partially cook pumpkin and serve as a hot holding container for the dip.
Combine pizza sauce, seasoning, and cheeses in a small sauce pan. Heat through. Pour dipping sauce in hot pumpkin. Serve with bread cut in Halloween shapes as well as with bread cubes and bread sticks.
