Ghost Puffs
4 egg whites
1 t vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1/3 C sugar
chocolate chips

These ghostly white meringue puffs are easy and fun to make. Chocolate chips add the eyes that sometimes sink into the cookie to give it an extra-ghostly effect.

Darin shared his recipe for Ghost Puffs.

Beat egg whites while adding vanilla and cream of tartar. Add sugar gradually, 1 T at a time until egg whites are fluffy and white.

Form ghostly shapes and faces on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Place chocolate chips in ghosts for eyes.

Bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
