Peaches are coming into season, and these popsicles will cool you right off.

Ripe Peach Popsicles
4 large (ripe!) peaches, keep the peel on
2 tbsp sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup water, optional
Slice peaches in half, take pits out, and slice. Can be pretty rough.
Juice lemon and add sugar to blender, add in peaches and purée until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds, fill to top of the mold and insert sticks. Freeze until solid, best overnight.
Tip-to get molds out smoothly and quick, fill sink full of hot water and immerse mold to high sides, just make sure it doesn’t go over the top.
Store wrapped and put back in freezer.
