King Crab and Avocado Cocktail

4 ounces king crab meat
1 shallot, chopped fine
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 avocado, seeded and chopped in ½ inch cubes
2 teaspoons red onion, fine chopped
2 teaspoons cucumber, seeded and fine chopped
juice of ½ lime
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the above ingredients, except avocado. Chill. 20 minutes before serving, add the avocado. Chill for 20 minutes and serve.
