Macerated Strawberries with Yogurt and Mint

Macerated Strawberries with Yogurt and Mint
2 lb strawberries (2 qt), trimmed and quartered (6 cups)
1/4 cup medium-dry Concord-grape wine or Balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 cups strawberry or vanilla yogurt
2-3 tsp minced fresh mint


Gently stir together strawberries, wine or vinegar, and sugar until sugar is dissolved, then let stand at least 30 minutes.

Divide yogurt into six serving dishes and spoon strawberries over top. Drizzle with some of the wine/vinegar sauce. Top each with a few pieces of mint.
