Mahi Mahi with Mango Salsa

1 cup mango slices
½ red bell pepper, diced
2 green onions, diced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, diced
1 jalapeno chili pepper, finely minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
4 6-7 oz. mahi mahi filets

Salsa: Combine all of the above ingredients except for the filets and chill. (Note: Preparing salsa a least one hour before serving will allow the flavors to develop)

Mahi Mahi: In a large skillet, add the olive oil and heat over high heat until hot, but not smoking. Season filets with salt and pepper to taste. Place in hot oil. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.

Remove from pan and top with salsa.
