1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans
1 9″ pie shell, uncooked
1. Beat all ingredients (except pecans) until light and fluffy.
2. Press pecans on bottom of crust.
3. Pour filling into uncooked crust.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. or until a knife cut into center of filling comes out clean.
