Creamy Banana Fizz
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup light cream or half & half
2 cups lemon-lime soda
2 cups vanilla ice cream, garnish
Slice banana into blender. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth.
Add sugar to cream and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add cream to banana mixture and stir to blend. Chill. Just before serving stir in soda. Serve in tall glasses with a scoop of ice cream.
Black Forest Cooler
1 cup chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup maraschino cherries
1/4-1 cup cherry soda
whipped cream, to garnish
chocolate syrup, to garnish
Cut cherries in half. Blend ice cream and cherries until smooth. Add enough soda to create desired consistency, stir. Garnish with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Top with one whole stemmed cherry.
2 cups grape juice, chilled
1 cup cream
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Combine all ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into glasses and serve.

1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup orange sherbet
2 seedless oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
Peel orange and remove white rind (the rind will add a bitter taste to the drink). Cut orange into sections. Place milk, ice cream, sherbet, and orange sections in blender. Cover and blend until well combined. Just before serving, add lemon lime drink and mix. Pour into 4 glasses, garnish with orange peel curls and fresh mint. Serves 4
