Users have about 90 days to upload videos and accumulate points based on total video views and high ratings. At the end of the 90 days, the top videos are seeded and placed in a big bracket for head-to-head competition with other videos. The site is totally free to use and competitions are always running, so even if you don’t have a video on the site, be a part of choosing the world’s next TopBlip.
