1 cup cottage cheese
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 cups Colby cheese (8 oz.), grated, room temperature
1 cup Provolone cheese (4 oz.), grated, room temperature
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Paprika
Dill weed (optional garnish)
Bell pepper (optional garnish)
Cheeses will blend easier if cheese is at room temperature. Place all but paprika, dill weed, and bell pepper in food processor or mixer. Mix well until blended. Wrap mixture with plastic wrap until thoroughly chilled, to blend flavors and make cheese easier to handle. Shape into ball or log, sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with strips of bell pepper or sprigs of dill weed. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Allow cheese ball to stand covered at room temperature about 15 minutes before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
