Pasta with Turkey

2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup broccoli, cut into ½-inch pieces
½ pound left-over turkey, cut into bit-sized pieces
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoon fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1 pound cooked pasta, preferably fettuccine or pappardelle
fresh basil, chopped
fresh parsley, chopped

Roast the garlic in olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add the broccoli and sauté for one minute. Add the turkey and suite for 30-60 seconds. Add the cream and reduce the liquid by 30%. Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Add the pasta and toss. Garnish with fresh chopped basil and fresh chopped parsley.
