Personal Trainers at Planet Fitness

Working with a personal trainer is one of the fastest and most efficient
ways to get the body you’ve always wanted. At Planet Fitness, a trainer is

Jared Pearson from Planet Fitness visited Studio 5 today to share some of
the benefits that come along with having a personal trainer.

Planet Fitness has a variety of fitness training classes that focus on legs,
arms, the back, the chest, shoulders, abs, circuit training classes and
design-your-own-program classes.

“Our design-your-own-program classes are great because they allow you
to go over all of your goals and needs with one of our trainers, who will
then help you design a customized plan to help you achieve those goals,”
says Pearson.

Planet Fitness offers each of its classes twice a day. The class schedule
changes from day-to-day, week-to-week. This allows you to come in at the
same time every day and work on a different area of the body with a trained
professional. So whether you like to come in the mornings before work, or
if you hit the gym at the end of the day, you will be able to work on
something new, leaving you with the best results. Each class is a half-hour
and only five individuals are allowed per class, ensuring that you will
receive personalized attention during your training session.
