Instant Pot Ziti
- 1 lb ground beef, ground turkey, or ground sausage (optional)
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 lb ziti noodles
- 28 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 teaspoons dried basil
- 1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Spray instant pot w/ cooking spray. If using ground meat, set Instant Pot to “sauté” mode and add ground meat. Cook until browned. Remove any grease and turn off Instant Pot
Add the chicken stock and heavy whipping cream. Stir in the noodles. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese and quickly stir to combine. Put on the lid, set seal to “sealing,” and cook on manual mode on high for 4 minutes. Let it naturally release for 10 minutes then do a quick release. Stir in the cheese. Enjoy!
