Quick and Easy Team Treats


With school and sports in full swing, we know you are busy! Let Studio 5 ease your load just a bit with quick and easy ideas for team treats!

When it comes to this time of year, it seems like everyone needs treats for their activity. Whether it is volleyball, soccer, football, or dance, team treats are always something on my mind. Let’s explore some ideas that might make your team treat stand out above the rest!

Making healthy treats look fun!

The kids won’t even know if the treats are good for them if it looks great!

• Wrap your treat in a cute bag. The kids won’t know that the treat isn’t filled with sugar and sodium if it looks fun!

• Make cute tags to attach to give your treat a little punch. Homemade treats are great, but be sure to check for food allergies!

Recipe for Healthy Energy Bites (No Bake)
1 cup Peanut Butter
½ cup Honey
¼ teaspoon (heaping) Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Dry oats
1 cup Vanilla protein powder
½ cup chopped nuts optional
¼ cup pumpkin seeds (optional)
¼ cup craisins (optional)

Stir ingredients together and form into balls. Store in refrigerator.

• Treats in plastic storage container & tag attached. They even get to keep the container!

• Robot Men – They won’t pay attention to the treat, they will just love their robot!

Treats don’t always have to be food!

• Give the kids a toy and a drink – A Gatorade and a little toy will do the trick!

• Bring treats for the parents to cheer on their little player! Give out Clappers or noise makers. Or how about a blow horn, silly string, or window markers?

• Give out notepads or keychains!

Easy ideas for mom’s on the go!

• Pre Prepared food

Cupcakes you purchase at a bakery, put in your own flag with the kids’ name on it!

• Healthy, but still easy!
Prepackaged Apples, Cliff Bars, Fruit Ropes,

• Makes it look like you did more than you actually did! Get some waterbottles and either hand write their name with a permanent marker, or even better, have vinyl pre cut with all their names and give them their own personalized waterbottle!

Using food as the inspiration!

• Big League gum, Peanuts, & a Babyruth for baseball

• Koolaid drinks & Otterpops … We are the koolest team in the league

• Push Pops, Way to push the ball to the goalie!

• Animal cookies – You played like an animal out there!
