Salt Lake Parade of Homes: Make-A-Wish Rooms

Cierra’s Story:

Ciearra came to the Wishing Place when she was 12-years-old to declare her
wish of being a model. Nearly two years later, Ciearra’s wish came true.

She and her family were flown to New York where she was given the model
treatment of being styled by a professional hair and makeup artist, given tips
on how to pose like a pro and dressed in designer clothing for the cameras.

Ciearra worked the camera like an experienced model. She was
photographed as the beauty amongst a group of shirtless men and it was no
surprise why all eyes and lens were on her. The dress that Ciearra modeled
was designed by Oscar de la Renta. Not just any de la Renta dress, hers was
designed for the one and only Kristen Stewart, famous for her role as Bella in
the “Twilight” film series.

While Ciearra posed in her beautiful “Bella” dress, she was photographed by
the celebrity photographer, Nigel Barker, who is perhaps most famous for
being a judge on the Tyra Banks reality show, “America’s Next Top Model.”

Ciearra has since returned from her modeling stint in New York and has gone
on to enter beauty pageants in Utah.

A room designed after Ciearra’s wish will be revealed in one of the Bangerter
Homes displays during the Salt Lake Parade of Homes.
