SL Parade of Homes Goes High Tech

Some of the homes in the Salt Lake Parade of Homes are being built without a furnace or air conditioning unit. And the homes can still be toasty warm or as cool as you want. They are some of the new high-tech homes being built by Garbett Homes, and they come with utility bills under $10 a month.
