Smile Makeover Contest

We are taking entries for a smile makeover contest until Feb 1, 2012. This is
a chance for someone to win a smile makeover (valued up to $15,000).
Please follow the links to enter or go to our website at www.SLCsmiles.com
and look for entry page. We want to hear why you or someone you know may
think they deserve to be chosen. So write a brief narrative and please attach a
few photos of you smiling. This is very important if you want to be seriously
considered.

The top 10 entries will be chosen to come into the office to be

Hey doc!

It’s just Dannielle, your smile makeover girl! I just haven’t got to truly express
my gratitude for you picking me to receive this amazing gift. You have no
idea how much it means to me. Although I have been terrified of dental
visits, you have made the appointments comfortable. You are great at what
you do. Every morning I used to brush my teeth and be disgusted and worry
about what the heck I was going to do with them. Almost every night I was in
so much pain. To not have to deal with ANY of that anymore has been an
amazing feeling and a huge relief!!! My teeth look amazing. I can never thank
you enough for your generosity and caring and what you have done for me
and my life. You are really great and someone I will NEVER forget. I just want
you to know you have changed my life and made things better for me in

Dear Dr Gleave,

Thank you so so so so much for doing my teeth! It was the most amazing
experience ever!!
My life has totally been changed forever because of it. I am so much more
confident now
and don’t even think twice about talking to people. We just recently moved
and it was so
nice to be able to meet our new neighbors and people at our church and not
even have to
worry about them staring at my teeth. At my sister in laws wedding I was so
excited to
get the pictures done and they turned out so good! It was such a great
feeling to not
have to be self conscious! I think it is such an amazing thing that you do
these
contests. I know I would never have been able to do this without you! Almost
every day
when I look in the mirror I think of how grateful I am to you and how you
changed my
