Southern Style Pulled Pork
Pork Loin, Pork Roast, Collar or Butt Roast
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. Rib City Tangy BBQ sauce or vinegar based BBQ sauce if you want spicy
1 T. Tabasco sauce
Cook in oven or crock pot for 2-6 hours depending on size. Need to pull apart roast. In a conventional oven put ¼ cup water and rub with spices or smoke flavoring cooking at 350 degrees. If cooking in a crock pot cook on low. Put roast in a pan cover with plastic wrap and then cover tightly with foil to create a steam or smoke effect depending on size of roast. Cook 4-6 hours in oven or on a Camp Chef grill for 2-4 hours.
