As Studio 5 wraps up its final chapter, the team gathered one last time to reflect on what the show has meant to them—and to the community it served.
Contributors Miki Eberhardt, Megan Moore, Casey Matheny, Heather Johnson, and Dr. Liz Hale joined Brooke to share the one word that best describes Studio 5.
Studio 5 Is Home – Miki Eberhardt
“Studio 5 is home.” Miki shared, “I have been a fan and a viewer long before I was a contributor… Studio 5 has been the soft place to land and a safe place to learn and grow and try new things.” Miki emphasized that while the show never took itself too seriously, it remained serious about the things that mattered most.
Studio 5 Is Confident – Casey Matheny
Casey chose the word “confident,” explaining, “I want women to… show up as the best version of themselves.” She highlighted how Studio 5 provided tools for viewers to grow in their roles—whether as spouses, friends, or professionals—and to spread that confidence to others.
Studio 5 Is Empowering – Megan Moore
For Megan, the show is all about empowerment. “Every time I come, I think… maybe delusionally, I can do that, right?” she said. Studio 5 encourages viewers to try new things and believe in their ability to succeed.
Studio 5 Is Steadfast – Heather Johnson
Heather described Studio 5 as “steadfast,” a word that speaks to devotion and consistency. “Studio 5 has been a steadfast companion… to our relationships, to our home, to our community,” she said. For 19 years, the show remained unwavering in its mission to support and uplift.
Studio 5 Is Connection – Dr. Liz Hale
Dr. Liz chose “connections” as her defining word. “It’s really what it’s all about,” she said. Whether behind the scenes or on set, Studio 5 built meaningful relationships.
She encouraged viewers to carry that spirit forward: “We all have a responsibility… to be stronger connectors.”
Studio 5 Is Sisterhood – Brooke
Brooke closed the segment with her own word: “sisterhood.” She explained, “I started to use that word really freely the last few years… I feel a sisterhood to you and to you.” Though not rooted in religion, the bond formed through Studio 5 was sacred in its own way—a treasure to carry forward.
