Teriyaki Flank Steak

1 cup chopped onion (½ large onion)
1/3 cup orange juice
1 cup SEAL SAMA teriyaki sauce
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon rosemary
1 flank steak

Stir all of the ingredients together in a 13×9 baking dish, then place flank steak into the marinade. Put the pan in the refrigerator, and let marinade for at least 1 hour.

(The longer you can marinade the steak the better). Turn the steak over occasionally so that both sides get marinated.

Remove steak from marinade, and grill or broil to desired temperature. Cut into strips and serve. (It’s best to cut against the grain of the meat)

Pour some of the marinade into a sauce pan and bring sauce to a boil. Then drizzle sauce over thinly sliced cabbage as a great side dish!
