Turkey Omelet
2 Oakdell Omega 3 eggs*
1 tablespoon heavy cream (beaten with fork)
1 pat butter
1 oz slice turkey (chunked)
2 oz Red Rock cheese curds*
2 tablespoon cranberry sauce
Melt butter on medium high heat. Pour egg mix into pan, cook on one side. Flip. Then arrange turkey, cheese, and cranberry on ½ of omelet and fold over.
*Oakdell Omega 3 eggs and Red Rock cheese are available at all associated food stores and other local markets.
