The 12 Moves of Christmas


To avoid the pitfalls of weight gain during the hustle and bustle of the holidays, we have to make time to work out. Personal Trainer Jeni Nielsen has the 12 moves of Christmas to keep us on track with our fitness goals.

Do each one of these moves for :50 seconds, rest for :10 seconds in between and you’ll have a daily 12 minute workout to keep you looking and feeling trim.

Squat
Burpee
Push up
Mountain climber
Cobra push up
Plank jack
Side planks
Tricep push up
Tuck jump
Lunge
High knees
Frog jumps
