Be Well Groomed
Instead of throwing on old sweats to run errands in, put on a nicely fitted jogging suit. Save flip flops for the beach. Instead of leaving the house with no make-up on, put on some tinted moisturizer and lip gloss. Make sure your clothes are ironed and fit well. Look good and smell good.
Be in the Know
A lady should be able to hold up her end of a conversation. Stay on top of world events by reading the newspaper, watching the news, or reading books.
Choose Your Words Wisely
Try not to lose your cool. Express your disappointment at someones behavior in a very gentle manner. A lady should be careful when speaking. Make the right selection of words. Sometimes it’s easier to say things you wouldn’t say in person over email or text. Be careful and think about what you’re saying so you don’t regret it.
