A true design -build is one where a house plan can start from a napkin, something you saw on TV or in a magazine. We recognize that most people want their house to be unique to their needs. Many people think that they need to settle for a production home because it will cost too much or be too difficult to build a custom home.

Pepperdign built many custom homes below the Oquirrh Mountain Temple in the low to mid $200ks. In fact, our design-built homes were often less expensive than the production builders.

After we have found the perfect lot for you, our house designer/architect sits down with you to create your dream home keeping your budget in mind. Once your plan is finished, you will meet with our interior designer who will help you to pick all your interior colors and materials like flooring, countertops, lighting fixtures, paint colors, exterior materials and colors, etc. We recognize that some people need some help and we offer as little or as much help as they need to make the building process fun and painless. We also offer, in our Utah County homes, a $3k credit that can be used for custom furniture in your new home.
