Soft, chewy ginger cookies dipped in smooth white chocolate.
White Chocolate Ginger Cookies
3/4 cups butter, softened
1 cup Sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 1/4 cups flour
2 t. ginger
1 t. soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. cloves
1/4 t. salt
Beat butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Add egg and mix until light and fluffy. Add molasses and mix. In a separate bowl combine flour, ginger, soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix. Make tablespoon size balls and roll in sugar
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake. These cookies will be soft and YUMMY!
